3. Quotations

• All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the information provided and the conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will discuss any additional costs before proceeding.
• A written quote or estimate must be accepted in writing (email or signed copy) before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work begins.
• For larger projects, stage payments may be required at agreed milestones.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed works to a satisfactory standard.
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.

5. Scope of Works

• The scope of work will be detailed in the written quotation.
• Any variations or additional work requested after the quote is accepted will be priced separately and agreed in writing before proceeding.
• We reserve the right to subcontract specialist work (e.g., structural engineering, specialist glazing) to qualified third parties.

6. Cancellations

• You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.
• If work has already commenced, you will be liable for the cost of materials purchased and work completed up to the point of cancellation.
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for contracts agreed off-premises.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

• All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion unless otherwise stated.
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed on to you where applicable.
• Gas Safe and NICEIC certified work carries the relevant industry-standard guarantee periods.

8. Insurance

Leeway Brothers holds comprehensive public liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Access & Working Conditions

• You agree to provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.
• We will take all reasonable care to minimise disruption and protect your property during works.
• We will leave the work area clean and tidy at the end of each working day.
